Product Features
1）Lowering the sliding door to the foundation pit floor can greatly control the environment. Helps reduce dust, debris and rodents entering the plant during loading and unloading and reduces energy loss from pit type loading and unloading platforms.
2）The gap is greatly reduced by lowering the door to the pit floor (closed) to improve safety.
3）The smooth transition design includes a constant radius tail hinge, a two-point crown control on the front extension plate hinge, and an optimized extension plate section to reduce vibration for forklift operators, products, and equipment.
4）Simple Floor Cleaning The RHV vertical hydraulic loading platform is designed for simple, routine cleaning or full cleaning.
5）Safe power lift/drop control Constant pressure pushbutton control allows the operator to control the platform movement at all times. Safer than power lift/gravity descent.
6）The roll back control allows the platform to offset the center to store the load, reducing pressure on the hydraulic system.
7）Free floating within the whole range A mechanical balancing valve control located at the bottom of the platform surface allows the platform to float up and down as the carriage load changes.
